• LILOU WADOUX secures her second chance behind the wheel of Ferrari’s 499P LMH car for the WEC rookie test following the 8 Hours of Bahrain. This isn’t her first rodeo with top-tier machinery – she previously tested the same Ferrari at Bahrain in 2023 and got a taste of Toyota’s GR010 Hybrid the year before that.
• The 26-car entry list reveals a competitive Hypercar field with 12 entries, though notably missing Porsche Penske Motorsport’s factory effort. Instead, we get Proton Competition’s privateer 963 with Dorian Boccolacci at the helm, while the usual suspects from Cadillac, BMW, Peugeot, and Toyota fill out the premium slots.
