• MARIA HERRERA recovered from a three-place grid penalty to claim Race 1 victory, leading from lap six to the flag in a reduced nine-lap contest. The reigning champion held off challengers by 0.263s in tense four-rider scrap.
• BEATRIZ NEILA led the opening stages and reclaimed first on lap five before surrendering to Herrera’s decisive move. The front-row starter secured second, just 0.151s ahead of rookie Ramos in hard-fought podium battle.
• PAOLA RAMOS completed the podium and set a new lap record of 1m52.544s on lap eight, earning the Klint Racing rookie pole position for Sunday’s Race 2 alongside Neila and Ponziani on the front row.
• TAYLA RELPH showed strong early pace running fifth through opening laps before tyre problems derailed her race. The Australian managed the bike home to 11th after one of her best season starts created early gap over chasing group.
• ROBERTA PONZIANI started from pole but lost touch with the podium fight late, finishing fourth. EMILY BONDI crashed on the warm-up lap and was withdrawn with technical issues, while MUKLADA SARAPUECH headed the chasing group in fifth.
