GRRL! SUMMARY:
- BRITTANY FORCE heads to Chicago’s Route 66 Raceway with serious redemption energy after failing to qualify there last year for the first time in 187 races. That DNQ stung, but she bounced back hard – winning Vegas, finishing fifth in points, and snagging five No. 1 qualifiers over the final seven races of 2024.
- The two-time world champion just made history in Charlotte with a blistering 341.59 mph blast, becoming the first Top Fuel driver to crack 340 mph. That record run has her Monster Energy team buzzing with confidence as they roll into Chicago looking to grab FORCE’s first career win at the track.
- While FORCE sits sixth in points hunting her first 2025 victory, the Top Fuel field is absolutely stacked. Points leader Shawn Langdon has two wins already, NASCAR legend Tony Stewart is second, and defending champ Antron Brown lurks in third – making Chicago the perfect stage for FORCE to prove her team’s “significantly improved” performance since last season’s struggles.
