LEAH PRUETT secured her second No. 1 qualifier of 2026 with a blazing 3.794 at 332.43 mph in Top Fuel, earning a first-round bye after winning Friday’s delayed Epping race for dominant weekend momentum.
ALEXIS DEJORIA qualified second in Funny Car with a stellar 4.010 at 326.00 mph, positioning herself for a strong elimination run against Jordan Vandergriff in Sunday’s opening round at Thunder Valley.
ANGIE SMITH grabbed third in Pro Stock Motorcycle qualifying at 6.858/198.17, advancing to face Geno Scali after falling to Richard Gadson in the Mission Challenge semifinal round on Saturday.
JIANNA EVARISTO reached the Mission Challenge final in Pro Stock Motorcycle before falling to points leader Richard Gadson, then qualified sixth overall to draw Chris Bostick in Sunday eliminations.
MADDI GORDON qualified 12th in Top Fuel and draws fifth-seed Billy Torrence in eliminations, while JASMINE SALINAS earned eighth position and faces Shawn Langdon in first-round action Sunday morning.
