• MICHELLE GATTING didn’t hold back about the advantages of ditching the pink, candidly admitting that some competitors let bias cloud their judgment when they see the iconic color in their mirrors. “Something happens in their heads when they see a pink car,” she explained, noting how certain drivers make racing more difficult for the all-female crew simply because they know women are behind the wheel.
