  • MADDI GORDON captured her first career Wally in just her 10th professional start, powering her Carlyle Tools/Monster Energy dragster past Antron Brown with a 3.786-second blast at 333.16 mph in the Top Fuel final at Norwalk.
  • The rookie sensation defeated Spencer Massey, Tony Stewart, and points leader Shawn Langdon en route to the final, tracking down Brown after he left first to complete Ron Capps Motorsports’ historic first nitro sweep.
  • LEAH PRUETT fell in the second round to Antron Brown during his march to a second consecutive final round appearance, while Brown ultimately finished runner-up to Gordon in the championship round at Summit Motorsports Park.
  • ERICA ENDERS lost on a holeshot to Aaron Stanfield in Pro Stock’s opening round despite the former champion’s strong qualifying position, as Stanfield used a brilliant .002 reaction time to eventually win the final.
