Lauri Eberhart is a pioneering motorsports executive who began her career as a high school assistant at Michigan International Speedway and rose to become CEO of Friends of Laguna Seca, bringing extensive experience in motorsport management and legal expertise to the historic raceway’s revitalization.
EARLY YEARS
While still in high school, Lauri began her motorsports journey as an assistant to Michigan International Speedway’s public relations director, establishing early connections in the racing world that would shape her professional trajectory.
EARLY SUCCESS
Early in her career, Eberhart managed day-to-day operations of Charlotte Motor Speedway for three years, demonstrating her leadership capabilities and setting the foundation for her future executive roles in motorsports management.
NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
- 2024: Appointed CEO of Friends of Laguna Seca to lead the historic raceway’s revitalization efforts[1].
- 2024: Established a local chapter of Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) on the Monterey Peninsula[2].
